What is the purpose of your site?
Who is your audience?
100% G-Free! serves the East Lansing community as a whole, but more in-depth it serves the students in need of a healthy alternative to fast food and cafeteria food, as well as the locals who wish to eat healthier. Importantly it serves those who suffer from celiac disease and gluten intolerance. It gives those individuals with a healthy alternative, yes, but also a sound of mind knowing that the food they eat at 100% G-Free! is totally free of gluten; 100% G-Free! removes the worry of cross contamination from their minds.
What is the desired audience response?
The increase of 100% G-Free! Crucial Numbers which is to increase traffic and sales at 100% G-Free! café deli from our targeted geographic market (audience).
TEAM 2 ASSIGNED TASKS AND ROLES
Terance Williams (Team Leader/Graphic Designer)
As Project Manager, I used my studies, prioritize, and organize method(s) to help guide the team to meet set milestones in a timely fashion until the tasks are completed. I chose team leader position and was given the position due to my prior experiences in development of digital arts and programming languages I put together 100% G-Free! site color concept(s), graphics, and so on for the site.
Brandellia Haam (HTML/CSS Developer)
Being assigned HTML/CSS are the skills I'm most comfortable with. I have had background experience with these skills because I used to edit layouts for web pages and blogs during high school. I find it enjoyable to slowly improve a site and watch it unfold into something greater than what it used to be. Learning new codes and designs are the most exciting things when it comes to coding.
Victoria Casteel (Content Editor)
As content editor, I edited the content and made sure everything made sense. I chose content editor and was given the position because I have a knack for writing, grammar, and spelling. It helped that I was also taking Writing classes concurrently to this one. I put together the Wireframe and Catering page, with help and guidance from our group leader, Terance.
Daniel Kangas (Usability Expert)
As Usability Expert, I tested the site for effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and satisfaction, e.g., testing the site for effectiveness in conveying 100% G-Free! message and informing people about café deli goods within a clear and simple navigation system. I chose Usability Expert and was given the role because I have a degree in E-business and am trained in HTML/CSS. In addition, I am an experienced internet user and have a common sense approach to evaluating a site based on how people think, interpret, and respond to things they read.
David Savoie (JavaScript Coder)
As JavaScript Coder, he developed and improved 100% G-Free! site pages using HTML/CSS and JavaScript programming languages since he is disciplined in HTML/CSS and JavaScript languages. He was given the position because he have capabilities of coding with these web programming languages.
Alexander Witgen (JavaScript Coder)
As JavaScript Coder, he developed and improved 100% G-Free! site pages using HTML/CSS and JavaScript programming languages since he is disciplined in HTML/CSS and JavaScript languages. He was given the position because he have capabilities of coding with these web programming languages.
